Steve’s accountabilities include the Save on Energy business programs including Retrofit, Small Business, Industrial Energy Efficiency, Strategic Energy Management, Energy Performance Program, Existing Building Commissioning as well as the recently launched Instant Discounts Program.
Steve has 25 years of industry experience in demand side management and energy efficiency and has worked with municipal and utilities throughout Ontario. Steve’s background includes working on residential and business energy efficiency programs at the Ontario Power Authority as well as various roles at Oxford Properties Group, CLEAResult, Enwave and his own consulting firm, MSI Group Ltd.
