e-Learning Courses
MFOA is pleased to offer e-Learning as part of its training offerings. Like all MFOA training initiatives,
our e-Learning courses deliver relevant, timely, high-quality content developed by subject matter experts,
with the added bonus of exceptional flexibility.
Self-guided Training Benefits:
- Access course material anytime, anywhere
- Learn at your own pace
- No instructor facilitation
- Pause a course module at any time and pick up where you left off
- Participants have 60 days to complete the course
Interactive and Engaging Modules:
- Modules range in length from 30 to 90 minutes
- Slides enhanced by narration and interactive questions and activities to reinforce content
- Pre- and post-test questions to help gauge learning
- Knowledge check questions throughout the module to reinforce learning (e.g., multiple choice, true or false, fill in the blanks, short answers etc.)
- Short videos, resource links and more
Requirement for Participation:
- Broadband/high speed internet connection
- Desktop or laptop (versus tablet or mobile device) for maximum clarity
- Internet browser (recommended browsers are Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)
Recommended for Optimal Experience:
- Audio capabilities on your device to access supporting narration
- Head phones if undertaking module in shared spaces
CPD
- MFOA Training Programs may be eligible for continuing professional development credits. Please check with your professional association to confirm the number of credits for your personal CPD record. We encourage all participants to track their hours independently for a more accurate reflection of time spent on course if submitting hours to a professional association. A copy of your order confirmation email can be used as documentation to support your CPD declaration.
