| Shanna O'Dwyer | Deputy Treasurer and Manager of Financial Strategy and Reporting | City of Guelph | Shanna is the Deputy Treasurer and Manager of Financial Strategy and Reporting at the City of Guelph. Since joining the City in 2020, Shanna has taken on the roles of Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Acting City Treasurer and General Manager of Finance, and most recently moved into her current combined strategy and
reporting portfolio in 2023. Shanna obtained her CPA, CA designation in 2009, and worked in public accounting and public health before moving into the municipal sector in2018.
In 2023, Shanna completed her Masters of Arts in Leadership through Royal Roads University, an opportunity that connected her with leaders across the country, and helped evolve her perspectives on leadership, learning, and the importance of approaching challenges with a growth mindset.
