| Lynne Cunningham | Regional Manager, Municipal & Stakeholder Relations, Public Affairs and Customer Experience | MPAC | Lynne brings over three decades of experience in the assessment industry and public sector to herrole as Regional Manager of Municipal & Stakeholder Relations in the Public Affairs and Customer Experience department at MPAC. With a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Real Property Administration from Seneca College, along with additional certification from the University of British Columbia, Lynne has cultivated a deep understanding of valuation and assessment. She holds her M.I.M.A. designation with the Institute of Municipal Assessors and actively contributes to its Continuous Professional Development committee.
Throughout her career at MPAC, Lynne has built strong and meaningful relationships with municipal staff, elected officials, industry client groups, and school and planning boards. Leading a diverse and highly engaged team across Zone 5, spanning four MPAC offices in Owen Sound, Gravenhurst, Barrie, and Peterborough, Lynne and her staff support 75 upper and lower-tier municipalities across central Ontario. | LynneCunningham.jpg |
