She regularly acts on innovative municipal financing transactions including the first Canadian municipal green debenture issuance, the first Ontario municipal promissory note program, the first Canadian municipal social debenture issuance and the first Ontario not-for-profit multi-municipal pooled investment program under the prudent investor regime, a program that generates investment income for infrastructure projects.
