The Toronto-based firm specializes in providing planning and finance advice to a range of public sector clients in Ontario and across Canada. Craig has over 30 years of professional consulting experience and his particular areas of expertise include economic and financial impact modeling and analysis, user fee calculation, rate setting, local government policy, land use economics, asset management plans and development charges.
