| Paul Purcell | Institutional Portfolio Manager | PH&N | Paul is head of Pension Plan De-Risking and an institutional portfolio manager at PH&N Institutional. He works closely with pension plan sponsors and fiduciaries to develop and implement asset and risk management strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Paul was Managing Director, Institutional Clients and LDI Strategist at a large international asset management firm.
