3-Part Series: Assessment and Prop Tax - Changing Landscape
This is a 3 part webinar series based on the same workshop that was conducted in Spring 2016. During the session, there will be a comprehensive review current reforms to Ontario’s assessment and property tax regime. It will then extend to include: changes to the property assessment and appeal process, advance disclosure protocol and the pending reassessment, reporting on and managing assessment at risk, strategic assessment base management, and responsive tax policy development and implementation. Participants will benefit from the “best practice” approach that will be taken to these subject matters allowing for more effective and efficient municipal involvement in various aspects of the assessment and property tax functions.
