He has been helping teams with strategic information management programs that deliver proven results for over 30 years. His career has spanned the globe in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services businesses. Richard has led client engagements for access to information and privacy, information management policy development and information architecture within both the public and private sectors.

Erin Amirault joined Niagara Region as Associate Director, Finance Operations and Systems in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University and a Master of Business Administration from Brock University. Erin followed a non-traditional route to municipal finance through progressively more senior finance and accounting roles across several diverse industries. She has spent her career embracing finance transformation and is a passionate change champion for leveraging technology in financial processes at the Region.

Ryan Beckwith is the National Manager of Ricoh Managed Services. He is an accomplished executive with 15+ years with Ricoh and consults with global and enterprise clients to identify and remediate inefficient business processes. Specializing in Finance and Transportation process automation, Ryan has led the Ricoh team from discovery and solution development through implementation for some of Ricoh’s largest business process automation engagements. He also contributes to Ricoh’s own Digital Transformation Strategy and lends his expertise to the in-house Solution Design Team in expanding Ricoh’s Business Process Automation offerings with an eye to delivering exceptional value across our clients’ organizations.
