| Stefan Krzeczunowicz | Partner | Hemson | Stefan Krzeczunowicz is a Partner at Hemson with more than 20 years of experience in municipal finance, development financing, growth management, demographic forecasting, and public policy. A leading practitioner in development charges and municipal land economics, Stefan has directed more than 50 Development Charge studies, along with numerous fiscal impact analyses, growth management studies, financial policy reviews, and municipal fee studies across Canada. From 2016 to 2019, he served as a Member of the Ontario Municipal Board (now the Ontario Land Tribunal), where he adjudicated more than 70 planning and municipal finance appeals, including several significant development charge cases.
