Throughout her career, Julie has led and contributed to key corporate initiatives, including Strong Mayor budgets, Development Charges Background Studies, asset management planning, financial policy development, and the modernization of financial operations. Her work has helped strengthen the Town’s long-term financial position and support its evolving priorities.
