| Andrew Wilkes | Manager, Vacant Unit Tax & Revenue | City of Hamilton | Andrew oversees the City of Hamilton’s vacant unit tax program. In this role, he manages the operations of the program, including tax enforcement, dispute resolution, legislation compliance, and customer service. Since the launch of the program, Andrew has been focused on stakeholder engagement and public outreach to support program compliance and awareness.
Prior to joining the vacant unit tax & revenue program, Andrew served as a Business Administrator in the Financial Planning Administration and Policy division for City of Hamilton.
