| Chas Anselmo | Executive Director | KPMG | Chas is an Executive Director in KPMG’s Lean Services Group. Chas has been instrumental in assisting over 50 municipalities across Canada navigate through operational and organizational change. His particular focus is working with medium to small sized municipalities in Ontario and has led several engagements focused on process improvement within those municipalities. Prior to joining KPMG in 2011, Chas held a variety of positions within the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
