MFOA's Submission on 26-MPBSD015 - Improving disclosures of development charges in new home purchase agreements

 

On August 27, 2026, the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement opened consultation on Bill 98's proposal to require builders of new homes to disclose to buyers the full amount for of DCs in a sale price at the time of signing a purchase agreement.
