Municipal Involvement in ARB Appeals - Part 1
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our municipal priorities and day-to-day work activities, including the emergency suspension of the Assessment Review Board (ARB) appeals process. As a result, many municipalities will face heavy appeal workloads in August and September, while continuing to manage other challenges.

To help municipalities consider their ongoing involvement in appeals, these sessions, created collaboratively by OMTRA, MFOA, and MPAC's Joint Education Working Group, have two primary objectives: 1) act as a refresher related to the ARB schedule and, 2) discuss what you should be paying attention to now, especially related to your upcoming or current general stream proceedings.
