MFOA's Submission on OMERS Comprehensive Plan Review
MFOA has submitted comments to the OMERS Sponsor Corporation Board of Directors on the proposed changes to the OMERS Plan. MFOA's review is based on four principles: (1) impact on plan sustainability, (2) affordability from an employer and employee perspective, (3) administrative simplicity), and (4) the usefulness of the plan as a tool for recruiting and retaining staff with necessary qualifications and competencies.
