How do I get started?
Login using the same username and password as you would to access the MFOA conference website. If you're having difficulty with your account, email annualconference@mfoa.on.ca

What are the features on the website?
Conference Menu
You can access information related to the conference such as the Dashboard, My Schedule, Full Schedule.
Dashboard – Lets you view your upcoming schedule, view exhibitor and delegate connections, Twitter Feed, and Exhibitor Favourites.
MFOA Staff List – Lets you view a list of all the MFOA staff members that will be attending the conference. Feel free to reach out to us with any comments or feedback.
Delegates Menu
You can access information related to your Profile and other delegates that are attending the conference.
My Profile – Customize your profile page that is share among other delegates. You have the option to update your privacy settings, and update information to customize your experience. Add your cell number to receive reminders/alerts.
People Like Me – Contains a list of delegates ranked according to similar professional and personal attributes/interests.
My Connections – Contains a list of your connections you’ve made and have the ability to see other delegate profiles you’ve connected with.
Connection Requests – Contains a list of unconfirmed connections you have from the conference. You can confirm, reject or resent the request from this page.
My Messages - Contains a list of messages you’ve received via SMS, connection requests from other onsite and live stream delegates.
Schedule Menu
You can access your personal and the full conference schedules, download session presentations, and view speaker bios.
My Schedule – Allows you to view which concurrent sessions you signed up for and access the link to live stream sessions. You also have the ability to email and/or print a copy of the items in your itinerary to easily reference throughout the conference.
Full Schedule – Allows you to view when all plenary and concurrent sessions that are taking place, and the respective live stream links needed to access them.
Exhibitors Menu
You can access information about our exhibitors featured at our Trade Show.
Exhibitor List – Is glance at all exhibitors who are participating at our Trade show. You can click on the link to read up on our exhibitors, contact information for representatives, location map and a link to their website. Click on the grey star ( ) beside each exhibitor and they will be added to you favourites list. That way you can easily access and revisit this information at a later time. You can click on the yellow star ( ) to remove them.
My Favourites – A list of exhibitors you favoured.
Trade Show Floorplan – Allows you to view all of our exhibitors and their exact location in one glance.

How do I change the settings on My Profile page?
Go to the Delegates menu and click on My Profile. You can update your information, upload/remove profile picture, and check/uncheck settings that will help customize your preferred experience. Click the save button at the bottom of the page to capture your changes.

How do I receive alerts/notification on my mobile phone?
Go to the Delegates tab and click on My Profile. Add your cell phone number, make sure the disable notifications box is checked, and then click the save button at the bottom of the page to capture your changes.

How do I access the links for the plenary and concurrent sessions?
You can either access the links under the Schedule tab by clicking either "My Schedule" or "Full Schedule". |
