PLEASE NOTE:
  1. If you wish to stay for Thursday evening's Gala Dinner & Entertainment to network and mingle with the delegates, a cost of $145.00 + HST per person will apply. Tickets cannot be purchased on-site and space is limited.
  2. Your exhibitor package includes two staff badges. There is an additional cost of $150.00 + HST per person for each additional exhibitor badge.

Please note in past years we have had non-accredited organizations contacting individuals regarding the MFOA Conference. These companies may offer to help book your guest rooms for our conference at a discounted rate. MFOA is not affiliated with any of these groups. Please do not provide them with your personal information or credit card details. MFOA has arranged a room block directly with Sheraton on the Falls. You can book your room by using the online link provide above or contacting the reservation line directly.

Delegate Prize Draw
Generate buzz, drive traffic to your booth and increase brand awareness by participating in our Delegate Prize Draw! Included with your exhibitor booth registration is the opportunity to donate prizes. NEW in 2018! Based on past exhibitor feedback we have revamped our Delegate Prize Draw format.
  1. Maximum of two prizes per booth
  2. Exhibitors are provided with a small bag to collect business cards from delegates
  3. MFOA staff member will draw and announce the winners in the trade show room at each booth
  4. A list of winners will also be provided on our mobile conference microsite
  5. Winners will be instructed to pick up their prize directly from the booth

"In It to Win It" Contest
In It to Win It Delegate Contest (previously known as the ‘Passport Program’)
VISIT BOOTHS, REDEEM CODES, WIN PRIZES!

This year we’re re-introducing our passport game with a few new twists! MFOA’s second annual, highly successful, ‘In It to Win It’ contest, housed within our conference mobile microsite, provides delegates with opportunities to collect points by completing various tasks throughout the conference. Participation is open to all registered delegates and top-scorers will WIN great prizes!

NEW in 2018! All exhibitor booths will receive a unique code. As delegates explore the trade show floor, they can redeem the ‘code’ from each exhibitor. Delegates are awarded points for collecting as many codes as they can, which will contribute to their overall score in the ‘In It to Win It’ contest. Delegates with the highest overall scores will WIN great prizes!

How to Play
  1. All exhibitors will be provided with a unique ‘code’ on-site at their booth.
  2. As delegates explore the trade show floor, they will stop by each booth to request a ‘code’.
  3. It is to the discretion of the exhibitor how they choose to provide their code to delegates. For example, you may openly display your code so it is easily visible to delegates. Alternatively, you may reward engaged participants with the code after a conversation or product pitch.
  4. If you are not interested in actively participating, we request that you leave your booth ‘code’ at your table for delegates to redeem points.

The game will conclude at 11:40 a.m. on Friday, September 21 and the winners will be announced at 12:20 p.m
